    5.  Martinsburg Institute School Military Admissions Representative for Southern California - Marine Corps

     Overall Responsibilities:

    ·        To accurately convey information regarding the school and its training programs to potential students.

    ·        Complete enrollment procedures with new students.

    ·        Build Relationships and maintain communication with Education Officers and points of contacts

    ·        Work with Student Services Staff to ensure exceptional graduation rates

    ·        Schedule and conduct briefs weekly and on weekends to military units as needed

    Desired Qualifications:

    ·        Retired (or soon to be retired) E-7 or above Marine with recruiting experience. 

    o                   Will consider retired senior enlisted Marine without prior recruiting experience with attributes that lend themselves to the position to include people skills, communication skills leadership, networking skills, sales, etc.

    ·        Familiarity with Camp Pendleton and networked on base

    CACI has an immediate opening for a Network Engineer to support our SUPSHIP efforts in Newport News, VA.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    The Network Engineer will:

    ·        provide Tier 1 or 2 help desk for a large base of Windows XP workstations, responding to customer's help requests

    ·        provide skilled technical assistance (LAN, WAN, Intranet, and Internet) in network planning, engineering, security, and architecture

    ·        initiate research, evaluate, and recommend new computer network equipment and technologies

    ·        utilize monitoring, performance analysis, network management, software and hardware equipment to troubleshoot and isolate problems, gauge network performance, and trace data and protocol activity

    ·        perform general network administration tasks

    ·        perform other duties as requested by the customer

    ·        must be available to respond to after-hours or weekend calls on occasion.

    Required Qualifications:

    Typically requires bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Math or Engineering) or equivalent, and two to four years of related network engineering experience. This experience must include:

    ·        Two years (minimum) of supporting a networked environment of Windows XP. 

    ·        Windows O/S certification (MCP, MCSE, etc.). 

    ·        Solid understanding of networks, IT security principles and methods. 

    ·        Experience utilizing the Microsoft Office 2003 product line. 

    ·        Ability to work well with users and the customer to provide assistance, resolve problems, and satisfy expectations.    

    ·        Secret DoD clearance required.  

    ·        Candidate must be Security+ certified within six months of hire date.

    Desired Qualifications:

    ·        Additional education and/or experience would be considered beneficial. 

    ·        Database management/administration (SQL Server 2005 preferred) is desired. 

    ·        .NET programming (C# or VB.NET) is a big plus.
