    Background

    Seeking senior Counterintelligence (CI) candidate with forensics/security experience to provide instruction to the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) in support of the Counterintelligence Operations Courses.  Our instructors perform a vital role in support of the CI Community, training DoD personnel (special agents).  Additionally, you will be the subject matter expert (SME) in CI Cyber competency providing guidance, advice, and counsel to the program manager.  As the SME, you will coordinate with DoD and federal agencies in developing and reviewing course curriculum.

    Position Description

    Requirements:

    ·        10-15 years in either computer forensics/security or CI background

    ·        CI background Special Agent (SA) with investigations and operations experience

    ·        ENCASE trained

    ·        Cyber investigations, operations, analytic experience

    ·        Strong understanding of cyber analysis background with threats, capabilities, and patterns experience, 3-5 years

    ·        Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) background

    ·        Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS)

    ·        Familiar with Course Development, Curriculum Development, Student Evaluation, and Course Critiques Knowledge in CI investigation, functional CI support, Portico, and report writing

    B.  Job # TZ-0934901, Media and Exercise Scenario Developer (CONUS-CO) (TS), Colorado Springs, CO

    Clearance: Secret required (Active) - Top Secret (Preferred)

    Position Description

    ·        Perform simulation media development and exercise scenario development for the N2C2 Exercise Program.

    ·        Facilitate N2C2 participation in joint/combined exercises and the CDRNORAD-USNORTHCOM and CDRUSTRATCOM exercise programs through simulation media development.

    ·        Coordinate internal exercise development with various agencies to include the OIW, JFCC SCC, MWC, Air Domain, Missile and Space Domain, Command Domain, Maritime Domain, and CMD systems needs.

    ·        Subject matter expertise of the NORAD Air Mission and understand the systems and processes at all levels of the NORAD Air Mission to assist in developing, testing, and updating internal air simulation media on the Combatant Commander’s Integrated Command and Control System (CCIC2S) including each future spiral and release of CCIC2S

    ·        Subject matter expertise of the NORAD Missile Warning and Space Missions and understand the systems and processes at all levels of the NORAD Missile Warning and Space Missions to assist in the developing, testing, and updating internal missile and space simulation media on the Processing and Display System – Migration (PDS-M), Missile Analysis and Reporting System (MARS)/CCIC2S, and future spiral versions.

    ·        Develop, test, and maintain simulation media for PDS-M and MARS/CCIC2S. Responsible for keeping the media current with each subsequent software release.

    ·        Subject matter expertise in code debugging and troubleshooting to recognize and analyze simulation media mistakes and make appropriate corrections.

    ·        Produce and modify files and “link” exercise files to the related exercise web sites in order to support script materials for new and existing exercise scenarios.

    ·        Support internal N2C2 exercise as role player and observer for crew exercises, recurring training, and other exercises.

    ·        Cross train and provide back up support to the CMAC IQT and CMAC MQT System Administration Support positions.

    General Qualifications

    ·        Background Experience Required: A Bachelor's degree, three years experience in Sun/UNIX and Windows systems administration.

    ·        Experience in Sun clustering and other advanced Sun/UNIX functions is desired. HP Openview and Cisco Works experience is a large plus.

    ·        Active Directory administration experience is a plus.

    ·        Experience with Weblogic, MQ Series, and Oracle is a plus.

    ·        Hardware troubleshooting experience is a plus.

    ·        Ability to utilize HP Openview for system management is desired.

    ·        Ability to use Cisco Works for network administration is desired.

    Specific Qualifications

    ·        Ability to perform simulation media development and exercise scenario development for the N2C2 Exercise Program.

    ·        Ability to provide subject matter expertise of the NORAD Air Mission and understand the systems and processes at all levels of the NORAD Air Mission to assist in developing, testing, and updating internal air simulation media on the Combatant Commander’s Integrated Command and Control System (CCIC2S) including each future spiral and release of CCIC2S.

    ·        Ability to provide subject matter expertise of the NORAD Missile Warning and Space Missions and understand the systems and processes at all levels of the NORAD Missile Warning and Space Missions to assist in the developing, testing, and updating internal missile and space simulation media on the Processing and Display System – Migration (PDS-M), Missile Analysis and Reporting System (MARS)/CCIC2S, and future spiral versions.

    ·        Must have the ability to coordinate with Operation Intelligence Watch, JSPOC, Missile Warning Center, Air Domain, Missile and Space Domain, Command Domain, and CMD.

    ·        Must have expertise in code debugging and troubleshooting to recognize and analyze simulation media mistakes and make appropriate corrections.

    ·        Ability to plan and perform UNIX and Windows system administration is required. Experience with Solaris OS administration and file system management in a UNIX environment is required.

    ·        Experience with Windows OS to include server and client administration is required. Familiarity with LAN architecture and functionality is required.

    ·        Customer interface skills are required for fielding, diagnosing, and resolving problems related to Combatant Commanders Integrated Command and Control System (CCIC2S) Mission Qualification Training (MQT) and Initial Qualification Training (IQT) systems, interfaces, software and equipment.

    ·        Must be able to work in a mission-oriented environment centered on mission availability and quick response to customer requirements. Excellent communications skills are required for communicating with mission personnel, logging problems, and communicating with hardware maintenance personnel.

    ·        Must have experience in media and exercise scenario development.

    ·        Must have subject matter expertise in the Air, Missile Warning, and Space Mission domains.

    NOTE: Candidate must meet minimum certification requirement for DoD Directive 8570, “Information Assurance Training, Certification, and Workforce Management”. This position requires a minimum certification associated with IAT Level I and may be met with an A+, Network+, or System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) certification.
