    7.  CACI Opportunity, NAB Little Creek, Norfolk, VA Word Processor JR 42911, Secret Clearance (Must be Current)

    Position Summary

    CACI has an immediate opening for a Word Processor located at Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Norfolk, VA.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    ·        Performs office automation and management assistant duties contriving and maintaining central filing system.

    ·        Reviews forms, documents, directives and information flow within the pilot program and with outside agencies as directed.

    ·        Performs administrative operations and functions providing support to the program site director (on-site clinician) in all matters pertaining to this area. 

    ·        Responsible for managing appointment schedule and organizing and maintaining records.

    ·        Assists with preparing power point slide presentations and excel spread sheets.

    Required Qualifications:  High School Diploma or equivalent.

    The successful candidate must:

    ·        Have a current SECRET clearance.

    ·        Have a working knowledge of MS office products including MS Word and Excel.

    ·        Have knowledge of ADP systems and office automation software (e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint Excel, Windows and Access) to enter, manipulate, and retrieve narrative a statistical reports, spreadsheets, project plans, and correspondence.

    ·        Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

    ·        Possess effective client interaction skills.

    ·        Be familiar with navigating the Internet.

    ·        Possess interpersonal skills necessary for scheduling with the Mental Health Clinician.

    Desired Qualifications: Medical records management experience is highly desired.

    9.  ANSOL Opportunity, Lead Senior Program Analyst

    ANSOL has an opening for a Lead Senior Program Analyst. In this position, you will be supporting a large Navy command and supervise three program analysts.  You will be overseeing a Navy program to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets. 

    Job Duties/Responsibilities:

    ·        Coordinates interdepartmental functions in order to minimize delays; meets with program team members on a regular basis to review program status and plan future actions.

    ·        Coordinates the efforts of the functional departments, as required, to ensure that the programs are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Fleet and PMW codes

    ·        Develops and provides inputs to Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and/or Plan of Action and Milestone (POA &M) fielding plans. 

    ·        Interfaces with customers on schedules, meetings, and problems.  Keeps the customer informed on the program status.

    ·        Advises the customer of the program status and problems (or potential problems) on a regular basis.

    ·        Validates information entered into spreadsheets and databases and product field plans.

    ·        Participates in command and fleet-wide meetings as required

    ·        Anticipates potential schedule or priority delays and initiates plans for alternative actions.

    ·        Understanding interdepartmental functions is essential to ensure that program schedules and objectives are met.

    ·        Requires both administrative and technical knowledge and frequent interaction with employees and customers.

    ·        Other duties as assigned by the President, COO, or Vice President.

    Experience/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    ·        Four year college degree in an engineering, business, or equivalent, plus ten years of experience, preferably in a Naval Surface Warfare environment.

    ·        Knowledge of current / future Navy communication architectures

    ·        Ability to comprehend integrated network, communication and applications that constitute C4I systems installed on Naval vessels.

    ·        Expert planning skills involving the weighing of many variables to achieve an optimal outcome.

    ·        Ability to react to short-notice data drills, calmly respond to frequent change, easily adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.

    ·        Effective written, oral and interpersonal skills.

    ·        Ability to tactfully deal with customers, peers, and subordinates.

    ·        Expert proficiency in using typical PC software such as word processors, database, flowcharts, project schedulers, and spreadsheet

    ·        Active security clearance at the Secret level or higher

    ·        Knowledge of advanced planning and the DoD acquisition process is highly desired

    ·        Ability to lead and train others. Prior supervisory experience is required.

    ·        Ability to use various methods required to meet program goals.

    ·        Ability to plan and prioritize workload.

    ·        Ability to work under unusual or extreme pressure and tight deadlines.

    ·        Ability to work independently and meet deadlines for multiple tasking. 

    ·        Ability to explain complex ideas to various internal and external customers.

    ·        Knowledge of PEO/SPAWAR organization and each code’s roles and responsibilities.

    ·        Ability to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers from different codes that are involved in cross-departmental programs.

    ·        Occasional travel to destinations in San Diego County; occasional travel out-of-state as well.
