A. Director of Integrated Logistics Support
A veteran-owned small business providing government and industry customers with quality, high fidelity training systems, supportability engineering, and logistics services is searching for a Director with a U.S. Navy or Marine Corps aviation maintenance background who will oversee the direction and management of integrated logistics support for a tactical aviation platform. Ensuring maximum fleet readiness for globally deployed equipment is critical to the role and will include retail, wholesale and global spares management and replenishment, maintenance planning, reliability and maintainability. Key responsibilities:

• Support and readiness of fielded systems, timely integration of the various logistic functions, economical initial support, and the reduction of operations and support costs over the life cycle of the supported systems.
• Support depot repair processes, reducing lengthy repair-turn-around times when possible.
• Constantly review internal processes and make improvements where needed.
• Develop and manage key metrics supporting performance based logistics (PBL) product support solutions.
• Ensure on time ILS CDRL compliance in both quality and quantity.
• Provide expertise on legacy and future computerized maintenance management systems in direct support of aviation platform operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Finance.
• 10+ years of military logistics experience. Prefer former U.S. Navy or Marine Corps Aviation Maintenance Officer (Major or Lieutenant Colonel) with PEO support background.
• NAVAIR experience preferred.
• Understanding of the Military Transportation System utilized for both U.S. Military & FMS Customers.
• Thorough comprehension of Military Shipboard and Land based Support Challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of Military squadron operations and maintenance department interfaces.
• Experience with/knowledge of current military Readiness tracking programs.

B. Reliability and Maintainability Analyst

This position will be located in the Pacific Northwest (relocation assistance is available).
Key responsibilities:
• Perform Life Data Analysis for assemblies/sub-Assemblies utilizing applicable FRACAS software (Relex) to implement and estimate using (Relex) Weibull to provide Normal, Lognormal and Exponential Distributions.
• Plot distribution parameters utilizing a variety of techniques to include Maximum Likelihood (MLE), Probability Plotting, Hazard Plotting and Moment Matching.
• Perform Maintenance Optimization of Maintenance Actions utilizing provided software that optimizes Preventative Maintenance, Inspection Schedules, and Predictive Maintenance.

• Assist in maintenance tasks, resources and cost data base that tracks:
o Maintenance tasks: Corrective, Preventative and Condition Based
o Average duration of maintenance tasks
o Frequency of maintenance tasks; scheduled and unscheduled
o Resource demands and maintenance costs
o Forecasting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Statistics and/or Mathematics.
• 4+ years or more working within an aerospace environment performing maintenance analysis actions relative to FRACAS, Life Cycle Cost, LORA, RCM, CBM, etc.
• Prior military aviation maintenance experience (prefer U.S. Navy or Marine Corps)
• Experience with reliability and maintenance in industry and for NAVAIR -OR- large DoD contractor on Navy or Marine Corps program –OR- soon to retire active duty military who is currently working on NAVAIR program and is able to start in January/February.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable R&M software (similar to Relex FRACAS) and the ability to use Microsoft Business Suite.
• Ability to work overtime on occasion.

Will be responsible for cable and harness design for an aviation communication system. The tasks include creation of harness schematic, harness wire list, harness bill of material and assembly notes. Will work with drafting support to create drawings and will provide engineering support to manufacturing.
