    job_description:    The Defense & Maritime Business Unit within SAIC
    currently has an opening for a Joint Terminal Attack Controller
    (JTAC) Instructor/Evaluator. This position will be located in Fallon,
    Nevada. .JOB DESCRIPTION: A current and certified Joint Terminal
    Attack Controller (JTAC) Instructor/Evaluator is needed to support an
    Instructor opening located in Fallon NV. The successful candidate
    will be responsible for providing JTAC classroom training, operation
    of a Multi-Service Supporting Arms Trainer (MSAT), and student
    evaluation. Candidate must have combat related experience and the
    ability to interact with Navy Special Warfare students, staff and
    higher authority. The individual must be able to assess the current
    curriculum, develop and modify the curriculum when emerging combat
    capabilities become fielded, effectively integrate new instruction
    and be familiar with Modeling and Simulation (M&S) systems associated
    with JTAC training. The successful candidate must have the ability to
    work on complex, combat problems in the field, assessing dynamic
    situations and conveying experience to the students. Must have
    extensive operational experience in combat planning and execution as
    well as have the ability to train junior personnel. Must have the
    ability to establish objectives and assignments; identify curriculum
    short-falls and plan solutions to those short-falls. The position
    requires effective assessment of aircraft operations and is involved
    directly with aircraft weapons release of live ordnance in response
    to JTAC instruction. Must be comfortable with regular interaction
    with senior military and management.
    required_experience:    REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Bachelor's degree and
    6 years of experience or an additional 3 yrs. experience in lieu of a
    degree. Must hold current JTAC-I/E certification. Must have strong
    technical writing skills and a minimum of 2 years experience in
    instructing, and field instruction of JTAC students. DESIRED SKILLS:
    Proficient in the use of current Navy Special Warfare/Seal weapons
    systems and communications capabilities. Knowledge of the

    Position Description
    As a member of the Cheyenne Mountain AFS (CMAFS) Mission Assurance
    Center (CMAC), administers the Combatant Commanders Integrated
    Command and Control System (CCIC2S) in support of the CMAFS air
    warning, missile warning and space defense missions. Plans,
    documents, coordinates, and performs day-to-day database
    administration. Makes on-line and off-line configuration changes in
    support of operations, test or exercises. Coordinates changes with
    contract customers, users, and developers. Assists in administering
    the CCIC2S enterprise. Interfaces with CCIC2S, ITW/AA, and
    administrative system users, administrators, and maintainers.
    Diagnoses and troubleshoots enterprise system problems using the
    SysOps monitoring and control tool, as well as supporting tools and
    utilities, to include HP Openview and Cisco Works. Familiarizes CMAC
    and Systems Center staff with CCIC2S enterprise and database
    structure and procedures. Job requires shift work as well as extended
    shift hours to meet customer requirements. Shifts are 13.3 hours in
    duration. Location is CMAFS.
    General Qualifications
    •        Two years System administration experience using HP Openview
    and/or Cisco Works is preferred. Ability to utilize HP Openview for
    system management is a plus.
    •        Ability to use Cisco Works for network administration is a
    plus.
    •        Experience with Veritas Netbackup is desired.
    •        Experience with Weblogic and MQ Series is a plus.
    •        Knowledge of Windows systems administration in a Blade
    architecture is desired.
    •        Hardware troubleshooting experience is a plus.
    Technical Skills Required:
    •        Database administration, database design and integration of
    various database applications including Oracle, Microsoft and other
    database products related to the Mission Assurance Center at CMAFS.
    •        Ability to interface with database development personnel for
    integration of new database releases as well as communication of
    database changes and anomalies.
    •        Ability to perform restoral actions on the databases and
    systems is required to include use of Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN).
    •        Ability to monitor, administer, and troubleshoot Oracle
    database instances is required.
    •        Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) tool is
    preferred.
    •        Knowledge of Unix and Sun systems administration required.
    •        Knowledge of Windows server and client administration
    required.
    •        Customer interface skills are required for fielding,
    diagnosing, and resolving problems related to DoD missions, systems,
    interfaces, software and equipment.
    •        Must be able to work in a mission-oriented environment
    centered on mission availability and quick response to customer
    requirements.
    •        Excellent communications skills are required for
    communicating with mission personnel, logging problems, and

    •        Must meet minimum certification requirement for DoD

    associated with IAT Level I and may be met with an A+, Network+, or

    Position Description
    As the Information Systems Security Engineer, you will play a
    critical role in growing and establishing a team from the ground up
    by being involved with team selection, procedure documentation and
    process development.
    Your responsibilities include:
    Implementation and maintenance of tools to assist in the analysis of
    intelligence information and determine the best course of action to
    protect the confidentiality, availability and integrity of data.
    •        Leveraging tools, to include SIEM, Vulnerability Assessment,
    IPS and others to conduct comprehensive analysis with the intention
    of discovering unknown, suspicious or exploitation activity.
    •        During an intrusion investigation, you will not only
    leverage the aforementioned tools but will be required to work with
