The Human Terrain Assessment Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the
National Geospatial Intelligence College (NGC) is a team member with
specialized skills and in-depth knowledge in the HTA discipline. The
SME supports design, development, implementation and evaluation of
training and education using this specialized expertise; contributes
to the execution of project task plans; and assesses the implications
of trends, policies and methodologies on future HTA training.
Activities are conducted in support of the NGC and project team's
objectives and will take up about half or more of the positions time.
In addition to supporting the development of curriculum, this
position will also conduct forward-looking training needs assessment
(TNA) of each upcoming HTA course as the other half of the role.
This will include working with other SME's, evaluating existing
course mat erial that may be reusable, commercial courses available,

Specific duties may include:
- Establish effective relationships with the NGA / NGC customer.

in succession to the Program Manager the DPM is responsible for
managing a material maintenance and supply operation facility at the
Naval Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC. Manages this facility as an

Intelligence Planner
I3 requires the services of an intelligence planner for strategy and
plan development. The intelligence planner will develop and maintain
intelligence plans required by DoD Directives, regulations, orders or
other formal guidance. The planners will establish and maintain
direct liaison activities and staff coordination channels with
national level intelligence organizations, the military services,
combatant commands and civilian contractors. Planners will research,
evaluate, and integrate operational and intelligence issues,
presenting findings through briefings and written forms of
communication. Personnel will be based in Crystal City, VA.
Requirements- Candidates must have TOP SECRETSCI clearances with the
DoD and a current SSBI within the last five years. Personnel are
required at a minimum to possess a Bachelors Degree and have at least
ten (10) years of experience. It is preferred that personnel posses a
