    1.  Data Entry Operator 3
    Requisition ID 88448
    Description
    Position is in support of logistics Material Management for the
    Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN) program. The
    qualified applicant will support the development and integration of
    Unique Item Identification (UID) and Radio Frequency Identification
    (RFID) for our BACN program. Applicant will develop system in
    compliance with MIL-STD-310M and MIL-STD-129. Candidate’s roles and
    responsibilities: Under general supervision, performs a “lead”
    function under minimal supervision, schedules, prioritizes, and
    allocates work in accordance with product delivery, provides advice,
    guidance, and training to other data staff., performs a “Quality
    Assurance” function on produced work to ensure accuracy and quality
    standards, Assists managers and technical staff in problem solving
    and on use of applications software and coordinates product delivery
    requirements with technical staff and program managers.
    High School diploma plus 4 years of additional education or
    experience required. Must have or be able to obtain a secret
    clearance and experience in implementing an UID/RFID system. No
    relocation assistance is available for this position.
    Experience in supply chain, inventory, ILS, depot or production
    management would be preferred. Experience in PBL contracts will be a
    plus. No relocation assistance is available. Position may require
    travel as needed. This position requires physical ability to work
    around equipment in test labs and on ships and aircraft. Manual

    2.  Logistics Management Analyst 2

    Description
    This junior level position is in support of the Logistics Material
    Management for the Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN)
    program. The qualified applicant will lead development and

    Identification (RFID) for our BACN program. Applicant will develop
    system in compliance with MIL-STD-310M and MIL-STD-129. Candidate’s
    roles and responsibilities: Organizations having partial packages -
    supporting functionality in analyzing and mitigating RFID issues.
    Candidate will adopt RFID system, coordinate management inventory
    issues and support integration. In addition integration of readers
    for identifying the items/data, monitor the data in the ERP and SCM
    systems and data management. In addition candidate will resolve
    incomplete packages and solutions, integrate legacy processes and
    systems, incorporate new functions, work with the logistics team in
    briefing and providing status to program management. Understanding of
    distributed computing environments and the advent of Internet brought
    in a concept and inter organization business communication .
    BS plus 3 yrs of experience or an additional 4 years of experience
    may be substituted in lieu of degree. Must have or be able to obtain
    a secret clearance and experience in implementing an UID/RFID system.

    Familiarity with DoD acquisition procedures, MIL-STD-130, MIL-STD-219
    will be a plus for this position. Experience in supply chain,
    inventory, ILS, depot or production management would be preferred.

    3.  Logistics Engineer 3
    Requisition ID 87365
    Description
    Responsibilities include analysis and development of requirements for
    maintenance, spares, support equipment, technical data, training, and
    facilities. Candidate will be responsible for all phases of product
    development, with performance of design for supportability, trade
    studies, detailed task analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance
    (RCM), understanding of Provisioning and LSA per
    MIL-STD-1561B/MIL-STD-1388 is a must. Experience in SORAP process for
    equipment and generation of Integrated Logistics Support Plans.
    Position responsibilities include direct interface with customer,
    travel and ability to multitask.
    Basic Requirements: BS degree in electrical engineering or
    mathematics plus a minimum of five years of related experience or an
    MS degree in electrical engineering or mathematics and a minimum of
    three years of related experience. Nine years of demonstrated
    experience in lieu of degree.
    Qualified candidates must be aware of the Systems Engineering
    approach and understanding of information technology systems and
    networks. Preferred Experience: A candidate with excellent
    communication skills and the ability to work in an Integrated Product
    Team atmosphere. Experience with Technical Documentation and/or
    Military Standards are desired. Verbal and writing skill are required
    to discuss analysis and results. Innovative thinking is a key
    characteristic for this position.
    US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a
    secret security clearance. No relocation assistance is available for
    this position.
    SKILLS REQUIRED: Provisioning and Logistics Support Analysis per
    MIL-STD-1561/MIL-STD-1388. Writing, presentation, and communications
    skills a must. Basis skills in MS Office Suite (power point, word and
    excel) a plus. Experience using MIL standards and specifications a
    plus. Experience with Airborne and Ship Based Systems a plus. Recent
    (within last 5 years) US Air Force and Navy logistics experience a
    plus, and Army logistics experience a major plus. Budgeting and task

    4.  Property Control Support 2

    Description
    Position is in support of logistics Material Management for the
    Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN) program. Principal
    duties include: a) Providing technical support and guidance by
    answering questions from users regarding how to access information
    and where information is located, b) Running technical reports and
    queries to off-site locations that do not have access to the
    database, c) Identifying potential process improvements, d)Preparing
    government property reports by extracting and compiling information
    for annual property financial reports, e) Investigating and reporting
    lost, damaged, or destroyed government property, f) Supporting the
    Sr. Manager, Group Property Administration by reviewing new contract
    to identify clauses and special provisions relating to property
    administration, g) Performing internal audits of the property
    function to ensure compliance of approved procedures, h) Updating and
    distributing Property Procedures Manuals, i) Using a variety of
    hardware and software packages such as word processors, spreadsheets,
    and databases to perform sometimes complex administrative duties, j)
    Making travel=2 arrangements and preparing expense reports and k)
    Coordinating and scheduling meetings and training classes.

    candidates must have a High School diploma coupled with 4 years of
    education or work experience.
    Must have or be able to obtain a secret clearance, have knowledge of
    FAR and familiarity with NORTHROP GRUMMAN property management

    include, but are not limited to: *Ship, receive, store, package, and
    issue material/equipment and proper tracking and reporting.
    *Warehousing and inventory control in accordance with U.S. inventory
    management procedures. Conduct periodic, special, or perpetual
    inventory of stock. *Generate inventory reports on stock usage,
    location changes, Quality Deficiency Reports (QDR), and carcass
    tracking. *Generate and maintain accurate government property records
    and documentation. Applicant must be familiar with DD Form 1149s and
    the related processes for shipments (both CONUS and OCONUS), and must
    understand and strictly comply with ITAR guidelines. Must be able to
    lift up to fifty pounds and carry boxes, equipment, etc. as part of
    the warehousing and inventory control duties. Must have at least 2
    yrs experience with RFID technologies.
    High School diploma and four years of related education and/or
    experience. Must have or be able to obtain a secret clearance. No
    relocation assistance is available for this position.
    Experience in COTS equipment logistics. Uses standard desktop (PC)
    computer Windows-based tools to produce original documents including
    plans, procedures and reports. Position may require travel as needed.
    This position requires physical ability to work around equipment in
    test labs and on ships and aircraft. Manual dexterity sufficient to
    use keyboards and control panels.
    Should be well organized, effective working independently as well as
    in a group environment, able to handle multiple assignments and

    Job Description:  ARINC in San Diego, CA is looking for a Help Desk
    Support Analyst to support our Defense Systems Engineering
    (In-Service Engineering) division. This position will provide
    technical and troubleshooting support for PMW-160 ISEA supported
    networks to US Navy fleet system administrators and maintainers. This
    support is defined as working at a manned help desk during defined
    business hours; candidate may be required to work shift schedules.
    This position will respond to customer requests for technical
    assistance in person, via phone, or electronically. Must be able to
    diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues, as well as
    logistics and administrative questions using available information
    resources. All help desk interactions (initial request through
    resolution) shall be logged, tracked and routed using the Remedy
    Action Request System. Other responsibilities include preparation of
    various activity reports, responding to data and metrics calls, and
    other assignments that are moderately complex in nature. Position
    requires daily interaction with supervisors, peer groups, and
    customers for the purpose of exchange or presentation of factual
    information.
    Required Experience:  3-4 years of help desk and/or network
    administration experience or at least 4 years of related experience
    required. A background with personal computers and common office
    automation applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook,
    and Access) required. An understanding of database and knowledge
    management tools; including how to query and tailor reports from a
    database is required. Candidate must be able to work independently
    with minimal supervision. Applicants selected will be subject to a

    requirements for access to classified information.

    Education/Certification Requirements:  Associates degree in
