program. The qualified applicant will lead development and

supporting functionality in analyzing and mitigating RFID issues.
Candidate will adopt RFID system, coordinate management inventory
issues and support integration. In addition integration of readers
for identifying the items/data, monitor the data in the ERP and SCM
systems and data management. In addition candidate will resolve
incomplete packages and solutions, integrate legacy processes and
systems, incorporate new functions, work with the logistics team in
briefing and providing status to program management. Understanding of
distributed computing environments and the advent of Internet brought
in a concept and inter organization business communication .
BS plus 3 yrs of experience or an additional 4 years of experience
may be substituted in lieu of degree. Must have or be able to obtain

Description
Responsibilities include analysis and development of requirements for
maintenance, spares, support equipment, technical data, training, and
facilities. Candidate will be responsible for all phases of product
development, with performance of design for supportability, trade
studies, detailed task analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance
(RCM), understanding of Provisioning and LSA per
MIL-STD-1561B/MIL-STD-1388 is a must. Experience in SORAP process for
equipment and generation of Integrated Logistics Support Plans.
Position responsibilities include direct interface with customer,

Basic Requirements: BS degree in electrical engineering or
mathematics plus a minimum of five years of related experience or an
MS degree in electrical engineering or mathematics and a minimum of
three years of related experience. Nine years of demonstrated

Qualified candidates must be aware of the Systems Engineering
approach and understanding of information technology systems and
networks. Preferred Experience: A candidate with excellent
communication skills and the ability to work in an Integrated Product
Team atmosphere. Experience with Technical Documentation and/or
Military Standards are desired. Verbal and writing skill are required
to discuss analysis and results. Innovative thinking is a key
characteristic for this position.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a

management procedures. Conduct periodic, special, or perpetual

location changes, Quality Deficiency Reports (QDR), and carcass
tracking. *Generate and maintain accurate government property records
and documentation. Applicant must be familiar with DD Form 1149s and
the related processes for shipments (both CONUS and OCONUS), and must
understand and strictly comply with ITAR guidelines. Must be able to
lift up to fifty pounds and carry boxes, equipment, etc. as part of

yrs experience with RFID technologies.

Job Description: ARINC in San Diego, CA is looking for a Help Desk
Support Analyst to support our Defense Systems Engineering
(In-Service Engineering) division. This position will provide
technical and troubleshooting support for PMW-160 ISEA supported
networks to US Navy fleet system administrators and maintainers. This
support is defined as working at a manned help desk during defined
business hours; candidate may be required to work shift schedules.
This position will respond to customer requests for technical
assistance in person, via phone, or electronically. Must be able to
diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues, as well as
logistics and administrative questions using available information
resources. All help desk interactions (initial request through
resolution) shall be logged, tracked and routed using the Remedy
Action Request System. Other responsibilities include preparation of
various activity reports, responding to data and metrics calls, and
other assignments that are moderately complex in nature. Position
requires daily interaction with supervisors, peer groups, and
customers for the purpose of exchange or presentation of factual
information.
Required Experience: 3-4 years of help desk and/or network
administration experience or at least 4 years of related experience
required. A background with personal computers and common office
automation applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook,
and Access) required. An understanding of database and knowledge
management tools; including how to query and tailor reports from a
database is required. Candidate must be able to work independently
