    This group handles upgrades on military bases. The work will be all in the daytime and contractors will be running scripts to increase the memory capability on run machines for a Windows 2000/2003 upgrade to XP. Any troubleshooting issues can be handled by the contractor, or can be escalated to the helpdesk.
    The ideal candidate will be familiar with PC/Laptop support in a military environment.
    Manager will consider candidates who are coming out of the military, have 1-2 years IT experience, are going to be reliable, able to learn and dependable. These people must have excellent customer service skills and must be able to work with high ranking military officials.

    ·        A+, Net+ are good to have

    ·        Military Experience is a HUGE plus as well

    Requirements:

    ·        Candidate MUST posses an ACTIVE Secret Clearance.

    ·        Experience with DELL Desktop HW and peripherals is a Major PLUS!

    ·        Candidate will be required to have good customer service skills as they will be supporting on-site users.

    ·        Must have the ability to: Prioritize tasks, install and support Desktop Computer hardware and software, troubleshoot & repair desktop hardware & software under occasional stressful situations with minimal direct supervision & assistance.

    ·        Provide user orientation on desktop hardware & software.

    ·        Candidate will also be required to have reliable transportation.

    Northrop Grumman Opportunity, Project Management Analyst 

    Provide program management support for restricted government program office. Interact daily with government processing director and program directors. Tasks include preparation of program management documentation, coordination of program actions with other contractors and government activities, and preparation of correspondence, briefing material, and minutes. Assist customer in translating program planning requirements to fiscal requirements and in tracking budgets from formulation through execution. Collect, summarize, analyze and report on technical and financial metrics in presentations. Act as content manager for Integrated Date Environment. Track contractor Contract Data Requirements List submissions. Knowledge of DoD acquisition, planning, programming and budgeting processes a plus. Requires final DoD Secret security clearance based on an investigation completed in last five years. Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal/written communications skills are essential. Position requires highly motivated, organized individual with good attention to detail. Good working knowledge of computers and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Project, is a must. Position requires up to 15% travel.
