    Major Duties:  PD # H1U0739 and H193190. Incumbent serves as specialist and technical advisor for the control and standardization of quality assurance responsibilities. Plans, coordinates and conducts inspections to ensure the Service Provider (SP) is performing at the acceptable performance levels and meeting the established performance criteria; assesses service quality relative to the operations and procedures for:
    Receiving, Inventory, Issue, Transportation and Shipping Operation, Local delivery, Packaging and stock readiness program, Special Functions relevant to specific depot missions, Special Projects, Storage and warehousing operations, and Surveillance of care of supplies in storage. Incumbent implements the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for these functions and documents the Service Provider's (SP's) performance.
    Assesses the compliance of SP performance to established requirements through various surveillance methods which may include; quality audits, accomplishing physical inspections, sampling forms, documents, statistical analyses of data, reviews, including identifying, understanding, measuring and analyzing SP outputs, and providing analyses of feedback data. Incumbent measures the SP's performance on critical distribution business requirements as designated by the QASP. Incumbent serves as primary quality assurance evaluator for storage and inventory. Interprets and implements new directives resulting from additions to, or changes in, national or agency policies and programs,
    or identification of deficiencies in established supply programs.

    Job Description:

    Key Functions:  Provide technical support, process expertise, and oversight to the Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS) system security engineering effort for INFOSEC design and development of waveforms and radios. Participate/lead integrated product teams in technical studies involving systems security engineering and software assurance of waveform and radio architecture, security architecture analysis, security requirements
    definition and allocation,  design and performance, identification of potential security vulnerabilities, review vendor hardware and software designs, and attend design reviews and system tests.  Generate security related documentation and design system architecture in a team environment, to include whitepapers, presentations, and security policy and guidance.

    Required Skills:  Candidate must have knowledge of NSA certification process to include NSA INFOSEC requirements for design and implementation and NSA certification, security architecture analysis, security requirements allocation, identification of vulnerabilities, key management, risk management, information assurance, COMPUSEC, COMSEC, and TRANSEC. Experience with hardware and software security development processes, networking, wireless communications, military tactical radio environment, Global Information Grid, and knowledge of the integrated defense
    acquisition, technology, and logistics life cycle management framework. Experience in security design and development of network management systems a plus.  Candidate must have strong coordination, organization, and teaming and communications abilities, along with horizontal integration skills.

    Desired Skills:  Candidate must be familiar with key management techniques, including EKMS, HAIPE, PKI, secure networking design, cryptographic algorithms, programmable cryptographic engines, guards/firewalls/routers, secure software design and development, and multilevel security operating systems.

    Qualifications:
    •        5+ years of experience with COMSEC policies and procedures
    •        Experience with design, development, and integration of COMSEC equipment

     Job Duties/Responsibilities: Candidate will provide Information Systems, Local Area Network (LAN), and Passive Radio Frequency Identification (PRFID) computer systems hardware and software support. He/She will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, administering, and maintaining PRIFD portals and components and will perform PRFID help desk functions to network users. Candidate will respond to computer, PRFID, and LAN equipment issues, document information in the form of a trouble tickets, and provide appropriate support to solve problems. He/She will perform basic troubleshooting processes and will monitor all of the LAN architectures as necessary to be proactive in defining events that may impact the infrastructure.
     Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and four (4) years of direct experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and four (4) years of direct network and technical experience are required. Professional Technical Certification is preferred.
     Must be proficient in PRFID Reader configuration, PRFID implementation & be familiar with the Globe Ranger iMotion products at a Systems Administrator level. Strong workgroup management and desktop service/troubleshooting experience, as well as, a background in LAN/WAN configuration/maintenance and Network/Desktop security are required. United States Marine Corps Supply Chain Management and knowledge of functional logistics processes desired. Candidate selected will be subject to a background investigation.
