I am a Home Mortgage Consultant for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and I am proud to be a part of the largest mortgage originator in the country.  As a matter of fact, we do more VA loans than any lender in the country.

There is so much negative talk about our economy, our declining home values, and how hard it is to get home financing nowadays.

The fact is, VA lending guidelines have really not changed much at all in the past several years.  It is the same documentation as before, but now with better interest rates.  Forget about all the talk that rates have gone up from 4.625% to 5.625%.

These are still the best rates we have seen since 1971.

I want to assist those veterans in need of how to obtain financing to purchase a home(no down payment required) and for those veterans who may be in a high interest rate VA loan or other type of loan who need to refinance.

VA has very strict guidelines in terms of allowable fees on a loan, not to mention Wells Fargo has a very strict benefit test that we follow to ensure this is the right loan for the client.

I can be reached at my e-mail paul.w.thompson@wellsfargo.com or 360-574-0753 office or 503-810-1119 cell.

I am available to offer a free consultation.

    Thank you for your time.

    Sincerely,

    Paul W. Thompson

Welcoming home our men and women doesn't end after the crowd disperses, it MUST continue on for the life of the Veteran! They've served us, now we will serve them with programs that work so they reintegrate into society.

We are a national public benefit nonprofit organization that educates American Communities about best practices to serve Veterans.  We honor their service by empowering Veterans to apply their training and skills to successfully transition to productive careers and enterprises.

We provide free vocational training 24/7 to all of our members through our website, in addition to local events.  We believe the tenet that American Communities are the ultimate beneficiaries when Veterans claim their benefits and invest in productive endeavors.

The SWVBRC enlists the support of members of local Communities like you to increase Veteran awareness of the value of obtaining a VA card and receiving earned benefits.
