Veteran Entrepreneurship Training Series (VETS)

USVets.tv in Chantilly, VA, CEO Dave Gardy and I have reached thousands across the nation with our three live webcasts. We will continue doing monthly live webcasts to Get You On The Grid and become Procurement Ready for our Feb 2018 Veteran Summit.

This will be our fifth live webcast and aired from our east and west coast locations. This will be another segment you don't want to miss!

We lining up the speakers from DC, and other locations to make sure we share with you critical information to get you procurement ready.

We are thankful to Barbara Carson from the SBA and her team and will continue to participate at our USVets.tv studio on the east coast; however, Sep is end of FY and we are waiting for her schedule. Barbara is the Associate Administrator Office of Veteran Business Development.

The CEO of Dimensional Concepts that provides professional services and technology solutions that specializing in Business Intelligence (BI), Data Integration, Data Management, Data Analytics and Management Support. The company has successfully delivered projects for organizations in both the commercial and government sectors - such as the Navy, BlueCross BlueShield Association, Health and Human Services, World Bank, CareFirst, Department of Defense, and Northrop Grumman.

She holds a B.S. in Business Management and a Masters in International Commerce and Policy. Ms. Harpalani served honorably in the U.S. Army and the Colorado National Guard. She has served as a former Chairperson of Cornerstones (formerly Reston Interfaith, Inc.) Board of Directors that supports affordable housing and local shelters. She is a volunteer for the HEROES CARE program that support active military personnel and their families.

Dimensional Concepts is celebrating 15 years as a small business. Her company is a prime vendor on the VA Vector contract in the area of Analysis.

Rusty Robinson, CEO Performance 360 Escondido, Ca. (via SKYPE)

President and Founder of Performance 360 and provides executive business consulting, training, and coaching. He has extensive experience in IT service management, process improvement, project management, leadership development and coaching, team building, organizational assessments, strategic planning, and training development. He is a retired Fire Control Senior Chief of 22 years in the US Navy.

He has led and assisted with multiple projects and initiatives to optimize enterprise-wide solutions and results that achieve performance excellence (ITIL®v3, ITSM, ServiceNow, CMMI, Baldrige Framework (State Award), Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9000, and Balanced Scorecard). Rusty holds a Gold Mastery Certification in Strategic Management from the Haines Centre for Strategic Management.

He consults as a senior advisor for multiple IT Service Management projects with various clients using the ServiceNow platform. He develops and customizes business processes to meet key strategic initiatives related to core business functions and governance. He is a certified ITIL®v3 Expert (MALC) and has taught numerous ITILv3 Foundation certification courses. Rusty is a Certified ScrumMaster®, Senior ASQ Member and a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).
