      <title>A Little about Me ... The short story</title>

&lt;P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3&gt;Alan was born in Little Rock Arkansas in December of 1955, the first of two sons born to Oliver and Maxine Willingham.&amp;nbsp;My &amp;nbsp;formative years were spent growing up in West Germany. Returning to the United States in the mid 1960’s,&amp;nbsp;I lived in several states before&amp;nbsp;our family settled in Colorado Springs, Colorado. After graduating from Widefield High School,&amp;nbsp;I received several scholarships and attended college at the University of Colorado in Boulder. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman"&gt;Graduating in May of 1978&amp;nbsp;I was commissioned Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;During&amp;nbsp;My career&amp;nbsp;I made several deployments and saw combat in Lebanon in 1982. Serving in three Marine Divisions,&amp;nbsp;I gained experience from the platoon level to serving on the staff of several general officers.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;After many successful assignments&amp;nbsp;I retired from Camp Pendleton California in June of 1998, attaining the rank of &amp;nbsp;Major. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3&gt;Upon retirement,&amp;nbsp;I took a position as a licensed securities and insurance agent with First Command Financial Services.&amp;nbsp;My duties included assessing financial portfolios and matching customer needs to appropriate investments. After three years in the financial world,&amp;nbsp;I gained&amp;nbsp;my real estate license and joined Century 21. After successful completion of Century 21 training,&amp;nbsp;I honed my skills as an agent.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3&gt;Currently, I'm serving clients in the role as a Direct Mail Business owner.located in&amp;nbsp;Oceanside California. My &amp;nbsp;hobbies include flying&amp;nbsp;small planes as well as camping and traveling. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
